　　Currently, there are more than 100 companies settling in the Development Zone, with a total investment of over RMB 20 billion.

　　Large foreign companies in the Development Zone:
　　1. Lenovo Science and Technology Park settled in the Development Zone in 1994, which covers an area of 280,000 square meters with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion. There are 3 companies in the science and technology Park, namely, Lenovo Electronic Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiyi Technology Electronics Co., Ltd. and Kehui Industrial Co., Ltd., number of employees in these companies is 4,000 . Lenovo Science and Technology Park mainly produces memory sticks, computer motherboards, printed circuit boards, whole set computers, etc. In 2013, Lenovo Science and Technology Park achieved an industrial output value of RMB 4.772 billion and an export value of RMB 620 million.
　　2. Zhongjian Telecom Science and Technology Park is the world's largest indoor wireless telephone production base, which covers an area of 250,000 square meters with a total investment of RMB 500 million. There are two companies in the science and technology park, namely, Zhongjian Telecom Products Co., Ltd. and Zhongjian Plastic Products Co., Ltd., and the number of employees is more than 6,000. As processing companies, they mainly produce wireless telephones, telephone liquid crystal display panels and plastic products, and all their products are exported to Europe, America and other countries and regions. In 2013, the industrial, sales and export value achieved by Zhongjian Telecom Science and Technology Park was RMB 1.124 billion respectively.
　　3. Covering an area of 100,000 square meters, Honey Bee Industrial Park is the production and R & D base of Huizhou Honey Bee Electronics Co., Ltd. which is mainly engaged in the production of electronic game machines and their molds, computer peripherals and electronic products, with a total investment of USD 65 million. Recently, it has invested more than RMB 100 million in advanced foreign machining tools, electric spark machine tools, wire cutting machine tools, machining centers, injection molding machines, automatic assembly lines and other production equipment, striving to build a modern high-tech electronic industrial park in conformity to international standards. According to the plan, the new equipment will be officially put into operation in October this year, which can create 3,500 jobs and achieve a daily output value of over RMB 1 million.
　　4. Baoya Household Goods (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned company established by Hong Kong Airland Group, with a total investment of RMB 100 million. Covering an area of 80,000 square meters, the Company has advanced production plants and equipment, and mainly produces bedding products. Equipped with more than 300 sets of production equipment such as Elephant brand multi-needle cotton quilting machines imported from Germany and cotton carding machines imported from Spain, and staffed with a number of senior management, design and marketing talents, it specializes in the development and production of high-quality household textiles. In terms of product characteristics, Airland gives priority to fresh and elegant characteristic printed, jacquard and embroidered bedding products, and its products include bedding sets, small bedding accessories, quilts, pillows, hand towels, bath towels and other bathroom supplies; the life philosophy of Airland products, which is selective materials, novel styles, excellent workmanship, European simplicity and stylish taste, has won the favor of customers, and it achieved an industrial output value of RMB 178 million in 2013.
　　5. Huizhou Aosu Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong company specializing in the design, production and sales of sports equipment. The company was established in January 2004 with a total investment of USD 8 million, and its factory buildings covers a land area of 50,000 square meters, and a floor area of 35,000 square meters. It has introduced a wide range of advanced, sophisticated, intelligent production and test equipment. It mainly produces exercise bikes and treadmills, and some of its products have passed GS certification and other international certifications. Its products are sold in dozens of countries and regions in Europe, America and Asia, and have won good appraisal from domestic and foreign customers.
　　6. Huizhou Sheng Yuan Heng Handicraft Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture with a total investment of RMB 200 million. The Company mainly produces various festival decorations (such as Christmas and Halloween), garden decorations, decorative lamps, interior decorations and other crafts, and its products are made from various materials, including polyethylene (resin), stone, metal, glass and plastic. In addition to decorative function, some products can be used for solar power and as fountain. Covering an area of over 40,000 square meters, the Company has more than 500 employees (including more than 100 technical development personnel). With more than ten years of rich production experience and a strong design and development team, the Company develops thousands of new products each year. The Company can also develop product series with novel modeling and functions according to customer's requirements; moreover, it has a well-managed, skilled production team, and its annual production capacity is more than 3,000 TEUs.

　　Large domestic companies in the Development Zone:
　　1. Hongyuan Industrial Park is the production base of Fareach Color Printing Industry (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. As a joint venture, the Company focuses its attention on international high-end technology, and sticks to manufacture high-quality products with its "first-class equipment, top-notch talents".. To this end, It has invested over RMB 300 million in the purchase of world-class printing equipment featuring high degree automation and stable product quality. At present, it has established a long-term, stable cooperative relationship with 11 provincial tobacco companies, including Yunnan Hongta and Hubei China Tobacco. In 2010, the Company was on the list of top national 50 printing companies. In 2013, the company achieved sales of RMB 1.47 billion, becoming one of the fastest growing and most promising domestic companies.
　　2. Lante Keqi Industrial Park covers an area of 44,388 square meters, with a total investment of RMB 150 million. There are three companies in the industrial park, namely Huizhou Lante Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Huizhou Kaixin Photoelectric Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Keqi Data Communications Co., Ltd., which mainly produce and sell household appliances, automated electromechanical products, LED lamps, data communication products and accessories, etc.
　　3. Huizhou Huiyang Global Digital Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. covers an area of 27,000 square meters, with a total investment of RMB 55 million. The company mainly produces printing equipment, printing ink and print media. In 2013, it achieved an industrial output value of RMB 170 million.
　　4. Huizhou Wingfung Logistics Co., Ltd. covers a land area of 63,000 square meters and a floor area of 82,000 square meters with a total planned investment of 230 million. The company is mainly engaged in the supply of integrated packaging and logistics solutions, paper products, plastic products, PE films, nonwoven fabrics, magic tapes, stickers, wooden boxes, wooden pallets, air pallets, etc., and also provides comprehensive support for packaging design, product test, raw material supply, logistics and transportation, import and export agency, etc. Its estimated annual output value is RMB 800 million, and can contribute at least RMB 30 million to the local tax revenue.

　　Planning of modern service industry:
　　1. Modern logistics park. Currently, there are two modern logistics companies in the Development Zone, namely, Sanshen Hongji and Zhiqin Logistics, whose scale is relatively small and range of services is not wide. With a land area of 65,000 square meters and a floor area of 82,000 square meters, Wingfung Logistics Park, opened at the end of 2013, will change this situation. The logistics park will combine transport, warehouse storage, handling, processing, sorting, distribution, information and other services organically to form a complete supply chain and provide multi-functional, integrated services for users. Recently, the Development Zone has introduced Jiamin Rongdexin Huiyang Logistics Park project, which covers an area of 420,000 square meters and is expected to be opened after the two-year construction; upon the completion of the project, it will effectively expand the scope of modern logistics service, and better combine with the productive companies in the Development Zone.
　　2. Modern Business District. Leveraging the construction of luxury hotels and high-end residential buildings, the Development Zone has accelerated the pace of development of modern service industry. Country Garden Phoenix Hotel, which was constructed according to five-star standard, was opened on September 25, 2012; meanwhile, Zhenye Center, Sanhe International Garden Center, Haoyikang Gaojing International Convention Center and East Modern Center have been under construction in an orderly manner. The project Haoyikang Gaojing International Convention Center is located in Xiangling Sub-zone, with a planned land area of 820,000 square meters and an estimated investment of RMB 4.8 billion; upon the completion of the project, it will be an ecological, complex international conference reception center and cultural tourism experience base, which takes natural landscape as the basis and ecological low carbon as the aim, and integrates business conference venue, hotel management, waterfront recreation and cultural experience into one. The corresponding project Huiren Tianjie Modern Business Leisure Center, which covers an area of 250,000 square meters, is also under the planning stage and will greatly promote functional complementation; upon the completion of the project, a large cultural, business travel and leisure complex will be formed. All these will reinforce the life and entertainment facilities in the Development Zone, and effectively attract, retain and gather qualified personnel, especially create a supporting environment for the productive companies to attract technical personnel in the Development Zone.
